Appointments may be booked up to 15 minutes before the scheduled time and up to 3 months in advance. Preferred service providers and group bookings are available.
A 50% deposit is required to book all appointments. Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund. Reschedule up to 5 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Less than 5 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
To maintain a relaxing environment, children who are not receiving services are not permitted in the treatment area.
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled to avoid delaying other guests.
Pets are not permitted inside the salon. If you require a service animal or special accommodations, please contact us before your appointment.
For the safety of our guests and staff, our equipment has a 300 lb weight limit. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if we believe it may compromise safety or comfort.
At this time, MỘC Head Spa does not provide Head Spa services on dreadlocks, locs, or braids. Clients with hair extensions are accepted on a case-by-case basis. We carefully assess each client’s hair before every service and reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it may result in tangling, matting, damage, or an unsatisfactory outcome.
For the best experience, we recommend removing makeup and jewelry before your appointment whenever possible.
Guests are required to use the hands-free blow dryers provided after their service. Hair styling is not included. Dyson hair dryers are available upon request if assistance is needed.
Cash payments are not accepted. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved electronic payment methods.
All salon services are non-refundable. Physical and e-gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. MỘC Head Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards may be used toward eligible services and products and never expire.
